Each day consists of a Scripture passage that is printed in the journal, guided prayers, space for reflection and praise, and practical action steps to use Scripture and prayer to combat anxiety. The back of the journal contains a generous notes section with pages that can be used for prayers, Scripture, quotes, and journaling. The journal also includes a helpful section on how to use the journal.

The journal is a hardcover Burgundy linen with gold foil accents and a gold ribbon page marker. The inside pages are 100gsm (68lb) wood-free paper.
